Only completed outcomes count
A guided tour counts only when it explicitly finishes and Barkan recorded a successful step.
A conversation counts only when it helped the visitor. Failed turns, empty replies and conversations that went nowhere do not use the included amount or incur overage.
Questions people ask
What counts as an onboarding?
A guided tour explicitly reported as completed, with a successful step recorded.
What counts as a conversation?
One visitor on one site for up to fifteen minutes and ten turns. It counts only when Barkan helped: an answer, guidance, a completed task, or a written handoff to your team. Failed turns do not count.
What happens after my trial?
Choose Launch or Growth in your site’s Billing tab. The widget pauses when the trial ends until a paid plan is active; your settings, knowledge and conversations stay saved.
